Wishing - A Flock Of Seagulls
Funny, l was listening to A Flock, and New Musiik last week
Along with Flash in the Pan, Landscape (so good so pure... awesome tune) Kissing the Pink, The Passions and Blancmange.
Was having a wee 80s futurist night

All that type of stuff still sounds great doesn't it?
Visage Fade To Grey must be one of the greatest songs of all time. One I discovered recently is Fascination by Cabaret Voltaire much more commercial than their early stuff. I also love the Midge era Ultravox.
Last time I came here a friend of mine just got triple-jacked over a steeplehammer and jessop jessop jessop jessop jessop

Yeah, mid 80s Cabaret Voltaire was good stuff, lve still got a couple of their albums, Red Mecca and Micro Phonies, and a few 12"s. Sensoria is a certified Tune. I liked Nag Nag Nag, but a lot of the early stuff was an acquired taste. The rest of the bands mentioned were definite One Hit Wonders. I'd deffo recommend So Good So Pure So Kind by Landscape if you havnt heard it, it's lovely, and Doot Doot by Freur (who kinda became Underworld) too.

Still slowly getting through my record collection one album per day, halfway through the year and I'm finally up to 1977.
Still doing this. It'll have taken me a year to get from 1964 to 1987
