For more up to date info about Devo go toCLUB DEVO
DEVO have played a few dates in the states this year. Also, I received an email from no other than Gerald V. Casale to say that they are hoping to play european dates in 2005.
The Wipeouters thing is a bit old hat by now, a one-off I think. Not a particularly good album either, mainly instrumental.
Some great links to recent live footage through the link if u can be arsed to search for it.

DEVO Summer Stage, NYC..
Amazing day... It rained for most of it, but when The Spud Boys attacked the stage, the rain stopped!!! Mark yelled, "WE ARE DEVO AND WE STOPPED THE RAIN!!!"
After an amazing set ..the minute they left the stage, the heavens opened up...

First heard of Devo, either '77 or '78, when I saw their short film De-evolution, it was played before the Stiff Live Stiffs film, shown in London to a small audience. My mate got the tickets, as he worked in a record shop, and knew the rep. Went straight out and bought Jocko Homo on BoojiBoy records.
Saw them in concert at Hammersmith Odeon, 1978, excellent concert, marred by the over enthusiastic heavt hande bouncers/secirity guards.
Haven't really listened to them since their second album.
