Went to see Polly Harvey a couple of nights ago in Manchester. A truly mesmerising performance from an outstanding singer. Even a certain Johnny Marr turned up as a surprise guest for a few songs. The 3 best gigs I have seen this year all contained great musicians: Suede, Steve Ignorant Band and PJ Harvey. Just waiting for those elusive tours from Paradite and Shades of Plato....

Yeah she's great 👍 got into her in 1995 with the To Bring You My Love album.
