Sinead O'Connor
So sad about Sinead. A compassionate, mixed up, tragic, inspiring and fragile human being.

Yes I was going to post about her but wasn't sure the response would be very positive,a great vocal talent and she stood up for what she believed, very sad news.Major Kudu.

Yeah you need these "pop stars" like this. I always found her collaboration tracks were exceptional. The Jah Wooble and The The tracks sprint to mind. Clearly well respected by fellow musicians.

Re: Sinead O'Connor
I didn't know much of her stuff, I liked "Mandinka" and didn't really like "Nothing Compares" (but because I didn't like the song, rather than her specific version of it). I do remember watching a documentary shown late one night on TV about the making of "Am I Not Your Girl?" and enjoying it, and having a different view of her than I had before.

I can only find an excerpt, maybe the whole thing is somewhere as I remember it being interesting, perhaps just because I like these "making of" things if they're well done.
