For me The Gospel has to be the first that springs to mind with it's inner sleeve picture of the last supper then there's La Folie and more recently post MK1 DM has to be mentioned as an excellent sleeve cover too.
Tbh there's so many good ones to mention or be considered as this bands best ever and Mk1 espeically have always put a lot of thought into their album cover sleeves, obviously there's Rattus,Heroes,B&W.....so many but The Gospel inner sleeve artwork for me would my first choice that's just an excellent picture from an album that contained a theme way in front of it's time, the artwork and songs combimed makes this particular album the masterpiece it is but maybe not fully recognised as that at the time or after.

What I love about the packaging to albums like The Raven, The Gospel According to the Meninblack and La Folie is that you can tell that so much thought went into them. The packaging was clearly as important to the experience as the music itself, especially taking into consideration things like the gatefold on The Gospel and the inner sleeves to The Raven and La Folie.
Hats off to Shoot That Tiger then. Raven and Folie inners have never been surpassed.

Raven inner sleeve will never be touched awesome don't make sleeves like that anymore
After all these years still my fave inner sleeve too, a lot of thought has gone into it, the art, design, typography etc for each song.
My fave cover has always been B&W, no band will ever beat that, seriously iconic.
