Really? I can't imagine what people have to get angry about. I'm not sure it's my "thing", but then I haven't heard much of it. But I wouldn't rage about it.

Or did you mean they were "raving" about it? :)
Sorry typo error, they were raving about it,some people, someone who lives near me who shall remain nameless was saying how great it was,it's his opinion,I'm sure album will be quite good, and I would go and see them, but Bristol is to far for me as I hate driving, and last train back is 21.30.Lt Kudu
Make a Night of it and stay in a Hotel. The Commercial Rooms is a great Pub.

They were great musicians but I just never took to them, but of course a fantastic live band back in the day but legacy ruined by Adam Lambert trying to do Freddie's vocals, just shocking,a few good songs, but I can't stomach Bohemian rhapsody.Lt Kudu.

I would say Queen's legacy is very much intact. More intact than ever, in fact.

I think queen is queen with freddie to most people.

They are really good musicans, but its all too much for me. Too theatrical.

I think I agree - I watched a concert on TV with Adam Lambert a year or two back and it was very enjoyable.

I seem to recall reading that they didn't originally do all of Bohemian Rhapsody live because it was too difficult to do - don't they go off stage in the middle of it early on and just play the record, then come back on at the end? I'm not a fan of that approach, I'd rather a re-arranged version or just don't play it. And yes, much as I like it on the album, I do apply that opinion to a certain recent song by another band we all know.

I'm not fussed about Queen with Adam Lambert at all really, but Queen's legacy was pretty much set in stone the moment Freddie died. I don't think anything the remaining band members have been involved in since would taint that in any way. You'd be surprised at how little some hardcore Queen fans care about post-Freddie Queen projects, although that's not to say Queen with Adam Lambert is a failure. It's not my thing, but they do the business when it comes to selling concert tickets.

The whole Technique album is imo one of the best complete albums of the 80s
