One more single from Dark Matters?

Post by jason »

Just wondered if there will be another single released and if so what should it be? I'm thinking Last men on the moon would be a great track to promote the album a bit more. What are your thoughts?

mmm dunno. LMOTM is a great album track, but single material? I'm not so sure.

I can't see any other suitable choices other than the ones they've already tried. If pushed I would probably say No Man's Land has the best chance..

I think Moon is very uplifting so could even get some attention from some big stations.

Well if there was to be another single not that it means or will do anything more really i suppose it could help promote the album a little more but if there was another then mine would be Moon also or if not No Man's Land, one or the other would be my choice.

I can't really see Radio 2 playing No man's land somehow! It has really grown on me though. I didn't like it all on first listen but I'm loving it now. There's even a bit of keyboard sound reminiscent of Ice/Shah in there! I still think Last men on the moon would be the perfect single though. White Stallion would be good as well. It could be become the bands Bohemian Rhapsody! Or could even Down become the Lionel Richie's Hello for the band? It might need a soppy video to go with it though like Lionel's hit! :?

The bass line in No Man's Land is fantastic.

Maybe Moon or Water .......not Breathe or Down though imo as I am not too keen on them ......not MR hatred for me but I am certainly not a liker of the latter two , or Lines . I can't really see a single release though as there isn't anything that could really chart as Big Thing did many years ago .
All quiet ..........
