Yes, for the new album, because Jet was not involved in creating it.

Not only is it the last with Dave, it's the first without Jet

Although it seems likely a new company would be set up for current line-up, has it actually been done?
- Coursegood is still going (obviously) with Jet as one of it’s now 3 directors (alongside JJ and Baz) and still Secretary (with latest accounts filed last month)
- Stranglehold (Jet, JJ, Baz, Dave] was dissolved in 2013
- Plugshaft and Plumbshaft (Jet, JJ, Hugh) are still going with Jet also as secretary.

Ignore last, JJ and Baz set up Rattus Limited in November 2020, but it doesn’t show up against the same Baz and JJ as the other companies.
