Monochrome Set were another one who sounded like the Smiths before the Smiths

I believe there are quite a few Monochrome set fans on here, myself included. Not sure about the comparison with Morrisy.

As much as I go for the far left!. Morrissey is a great talent. Fantastic lyricist and a baiter of the highest order. He's also a self indulgent twat and his politics are indeed shakey at the best. He's capable of some great stuffbut, like someone else said, not made a quality album since You are The Quarry. Some patchy ones and that I am not a Dog on a Chain was awful!!

The new single? A bit left field. I'd just like him to release some tunes of the calibre of what he did before. He can do it when he's not wallwoing in self pity and misery of his own making!
