Interesting thoughts...any Tracks in particular or just the performance etc??

I think you can tell the influences on that album. There's a bit of Stranglers vibe IMO - some tracks wouldn't have sounded out of place on 10 (obviously you'd have to make the production sound like shite and bring Nenah Cherry in for the female vocal bits) - Would Matt have made a frontman replacement for Hugh ? - Meanwhile tracks like Angels of Deception are very Rolling Stones But enjoyable all the same.

It's a great album. He had a run of around 4 albums at that time that are pretty cool.

Was listening to Infected (the track) this morning and it suddenly occurred to me on the chorus with Neneh Cherry it actually sounds like some classic goth song.
