Am not going to London this time but would love to have a stella top or two with punk unc there. We could even start scripting our comedy act?

The Railway's website mentions "friendly banter" - if that's not a euphemism for the defenestration of non-regulars, then I'm game if you are!swizzler wrote:the Railway in Hill St up the Rd from the Crown opposite the New St entrance maybeKathinboots wrote:Bag Lady wrote:If The Crown in Brum has shut where's the meeting place for that gig?
The Victoria on John Bright Street is just across the road from The Crown... Any other ideas?
If things don't work out there, we could always move on to the Island Bar up the road for a Mai Tai and some hula dancing.
Boogie now, Dave!

Re: Meet ups?
I can only dream of being at the Hope and Anchor at 13:45 unfortunately. Maybe I can dive straight after work and meet up for a post/pre-gig beer between the Hope and the Roundhouse.elvisintheclouds wrote:Hope and Anchor 13:45....Boody wrote:So where's anyone meeting up before the Roundhouse tomorrow night?

Re: Meet ups?
The Enterprise is always popular, although it gets very crowded which effects the level of service. If you want to drink in a barn try the World’s End, if you like to experience drinking in a broom cupboard try The Elephants Head.
Can't you see can't you see that you're rocking the boat?
Re: Meet ups?
With Brum being Jim's home town we have all been invited back to his Gaff for a Drum in and a Perrier.
