He'll be missed. In the mid eighties, my girlfriend and I always checked out his band "The Hugh Lloyd Langton Band" whenever they played the Golden Lion (Earls Court, London)... On one occasion Ritchie Blackmoor and John Lord turned up (Both of them had come straight from a mates wedding celebrations, and were in suits with tails... and a bit pissed) Huw introduced them as mystery guests as they came on stage... the audience went balistic... and someone threw a beer can at Ritchie... he caught it.. and without missing a beat started playing slide guitar with it... top gig.
