Got a slow week in Italy coming up and need a book or 2 to read. Any recommendations? Oh and I can't read French before anyone states the obvious

I’m about halfway through the autobiography of Karl Bartos of Kraftwerk.

So far it’s fascinating, a real insight into a band which has always been cloaked in mystery.
Got halfway through a biography of the band, no inside details, then wondered if any band members had written a book.
By pure coincidence Karl’s autobiography had just come out and it is a great read.
He is clearly not just a man with a great technique in knitting needles on metal plates - a truly talented and over-qualified musician.
