The Lines I wouldn't of put it on MOM agreed and if Sisterhood is a great track I would of had that on there' instead of this' lol......rings a bell lol and I'm not talking of a 10 track that got left off either.Greatkudu wrote: ↑29 Nov 2024, 21:14 Personally I don't think they will ever release a new album, they struggle to write enough quality material now,and the last one DMs had some good songs but also some utter shit, come on chaps look me in the face and tell me that the Lines is good,it's utter turgid shit,a total embarrassment to a once great band, and another howler is down,be honest it's shit,so unless they can write quality material, keep doing the hits and the gigs, sorry to be blunt but honesty is best policy,I'm sure others will disagree.Major Kudu.
Seriously though MOM is a quality album on the whole that you can't knock, the lines I agree that is the albums let down or weak track most albums have em.
For me Down & Lines are the two weakest tracks and had Baz sung Down it could of sounded a better song for as potential goes it's a nice song that needs a different vocal range and tone than what JJ I feel can give to the song.
With their writing nowday's I feel is going in a good and different directiion and songs like Moon, Breathe & Stallion are good strong songs.
I wouldn't phrase any of MOM songs as shit...but that's just my opinion only and I get it with The Lines I don't know how that made the final studio album that should of gone to maybe the like's of say Sisterhood and I haven't heard it yet but it must be better than than track....surely lol and I certainly wouldn't of given it an airing live on stage either.
Let's hear "Sisterhood"
