Could never do your reviews justice Major Kudo so this will be short &sweet

Arrived quite late, you know how eating out in Paris is like
Place was heaving,as expected being a sell out
The set was quite familiar to those who see them on the continent
The only change I noticed,Water was dropped for Relentless
Baz came out with a good line during Peaches

'I can think of a lot worse places to be
Like down in the sewer
Or on the end of a skewer
Or spending a fucking Saturday afternoon at a Twickenham '

Hearing La Folie live is always a treat,so much better than the studio version
And the tribute song to Dave was nice to hear
2 hour set that passed in a flash
The band received a fantastic ovation and I ventured out into the Parisian night buzzing

He's so funny, Baz.I remember in the 1980s when another Stranglers singer used to ad-lib during Peaches. He was original and witty, though.

Do you think Baz's replacement (when the time comes) will be as good at swearing?

We'll be all "eee the swearing was better when Baz was in the band"

How the stranglers will be remembered:

Hugh era - drugs and charlie chaplin trousers
Paul era - woodblock and fancy dancing
Baz era - swearing and sport references.
