Remember who won the poll. It's not a competition but I'm winning.

You've got to put in more effort to maintain that position.ThruBeingCool wrote: ↑13 May 2017, 23:03 Remember who won the poll. It's not a competition but I'm winning.

That would be reassuring if I'd made it to page 143 yesterday but alas... Page 126.elvisintheclouds wrote: ↑15 May 2017, 13:14So, that's 28 pages in a day...

Re: Reading War and Peace
interesting.
I am re reading some of my old Strangled magazines, there's some truley far fetched, like the frank fountain abuduction report by aliens. It was really a wacky story, to the point where he was actually on the alien ship and yellow spheres started talking to him, they said to him that most of what happend to him would be wiped from he's memory, but bits would come back to him, enough for a 4 page article in strangled magazine. That's a Wednesday morning day off i will never get back!.

Considering these new variables and allowing for averages, normalisation and other discrepancies the new estimate can be best explained using the following formula:Bag Lady wrote: ↑16 May 2017, 07:49That would be reassuring if I'd made it to page 143 yesterday but alas... Page 126.elvisintheclouds wrote: ↑15 May 2017, 13:14So, that's 28 pages in a day...

Time to read = total pages/pages per day +or- ppd variance factor*pi/sqrt2
Which yields the following: TTR <=> 44.39285714285714 days!
Which could also be expressed as: TTR >=< 44.39285714285714 days!

Thank you very much
