Hi folks, just a wee mention to say that The Red Eyes have managed to get the support slot in Glasgow for the up and coming Spear Of Destiny tour. All going well, and no last minute changes tickets are priced at £10 plus a booking fee no doubt, which will probably take the price up to about £12, but we are gonna sell our allocation for £6. So no ah bad wee saving.Our singer,Alan is dealing with the tickets, so anybody who fancies it, let me know and we can arrange to meet on the night for cheap tix. Cheerz

The SOD set is going to be based around the World Service album this time out which is cool. Obviously they'll be playing other stuff as well like.

Saw them on the origional WS tour back in 85, my 2nd gig as a 15 year old IIRC at the Barras. If he could have got Stan, Pyzer, Dolphin & the rest back to play this one I'd be a defo.

Got to be honest here and say i was not really into SOD in big terms, as i saw Theatre Of Hate more times in the early 80's. Saw them support the Clash at the Apollo in 81, (think i went both nights infact) and then at least 3 times up at the old Night Moves Club in Sauchiehall St.Only seen SOD once in the late 80's before they done the tour with Hugh (KIrk Brandon), then we got a support slot at King Tuts on the 25th Anniversary WESTWORLD tour with TOH, then we supported at the BARFLY on SOD's Singles tour recently.I always remembered the classic singles they done throughout the 80's so i'm looking forward to seeing them again on this tour!
