The daily mail CD contains a mixture of Coast to Coast, Laid Black and a couple of other live tracks (possibly SBE?).
The Laid Black tracks are the acoustic ones (GB, Walk, Euro & SLuG); Laid black (14 tracks) is still definately worth getting for the other 10 tracks (especially Princess, and In the End)
Then I got tired of counting all of these blessings, and then I just got tired.

I think Laid Black is well worthwhile but many will probably disagree!
Reworked studio versions of old (Mk1) and newer (Mk2) stuff with a bonus...
Here

The Daily Mail Cd:
There
Wasn't this made up of live stuff from Coast to Coast? Can't remember. It does have some Norfolk Coast tracks which you can play a few times on your PC, apparently, never played my copy!

Peaches and ATS weren't off Coast to Coast, I think the other 4 live tracks were (although someone will probably enlighten me), with 4 off Laid Black plus the Norfolk Coast tracks you could play on your PC (never played mine either).

Of course it is worth buying Laid Black because it is the first studio album with Baz!
