Without doubt you will get best price for Peaches original blackmail sleeve on ebay ... I would expect between 750- 950 depending on condition ...
wants to be left alone....

Get good prices there as this is a place for serious vinyl lovers.
Just create an account and then find your item you are selling from the database and list it for sale. All the hard work has been done for you

eg.http://www.discogs.com/Stranglers-Peach ... se/4349035
Thanks for the tip. Would it be reasonable to assume that an original Peaches 'Blackmail' sleeve (not the RSD reissue) would be better at auction?
At Discogs you name your price, so you could put it there as well as an eBay auction with a hefty reserve!

Never ever sell your LPs. I managed to get in the Night the other day for £12.

Thanks for the further additions. I appreciate the 'don't sell your vinyl' comments - it's probably what I would have said myself a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the things won't sell themselves after I'm dead and my wife, for all her capabilities, wouldn't have a clue. Sold carefully, I must have £2000-£3000 sitting there.

Why worry? Keep them and enjoy the years they bring

Without wishing to be morbid, I'm not planning for that many years.

Also, let's be realistic.

There will be a time when the records will not have the same value as they do today.

Take the cash! Spend it and be happy!

I've been using Discogs for years, far better than fleabay (who now take a percentage of p&p charges as well as all the other rip-off charges).

I agree with Bones & discogs. I find you tend to get a more accurate price as well, plus it's easy to see what prices others are going for, condition etc

How much for the FREE 4?. i already own the original blackmail sleeve so it would be nice to have the promo to go with it. Does the record come with the UPI sticker on the sleeve? that will make it a bit more valueable, don't forget the FREE 8 is worth more than the FREE 4 because the FREE 8 is harder to come by, you could get £175 for that, about £125 tops for the FREE 4.
