UK SUBS tribute

Was at The Barfly in Glasgow on Thursday,for my annual helping of UK Subs mayhem.It dawned on me Charlie Harper must be at least 63,but the energy he generates in his performance is immense.The Subs are another overlooked band from the Punk era(probably annoyed that tosser savage).But they where probably the first Hardcore Punk band,by my arithmetic.They played a blistering set CID,Emotional Blackmail,Riot,I Live In Car,I would recommend you check them out.They are peeling the paint off a wall near you as we speak.I reckon Charlie Harper along with Jet are National Treasures and a inspiration to all up and coming young musos.
