who the fuck is Jake Stigers.
hadn't heard of him until last Friday when I saw him live. Only went because they were on at a local pub and a mate twisted my arm.
Jake is Curtis Stigers' brother but there's no comparison in the music.
The band are a rocky/blues band and quite brilliant live.
Lead guitarist 'Nunzio Signore' is top class. What was good about the gig was that the band are quite popular now, especially in the states and they just don't do venues this small anymore. They made an exception because the owners of the pub have a great rapour with the band from an earlier visit. Well worth seeing live, if you get the chance.
