Hi. Browsed this site for a long time but never posted, but here I am. Some fascinating stuff on here esp. the bits about Marian Sheppard who i knew quite well when I did some work for SIS up until about 1995. Also, has anyone managed to get the banana picture which didn't seem to upload properly?
Anyway - question:
My local radio station is using the 'Rhythm Stick' intro as a jingle for their web site (i.e. 'hit' pun). It uses the speaking part where you can hear ID mumble something in the background.
When I was at school in 79-ish when it was out, I'm sure I recall someone telling me that the vocal was something like ".......bast**ds, balls and c**ts". Did i dream this or is that true?
I couldn't find any lyrics on th web which included the spoken part.
