New Rose - The Damned (there's a really good version by the Brian James Gang on You Tube)
Gudbuy T'Jane - Slade (any Glam Rock really as most of it was built around the intro)

Most of the Pixies' stuff "Here comes your man", "Gigantic" + "Where is my mind?" are personal faves.

Some fools mess Gallon Drunk (one of the best intros ever/in recent memory)

That's a great shout. Haven't played that for years. I'll have to go dig it out.

The best Damned intro has to be Love Song. What a brilliant bass sound!
