RIP Joey Jordison of Slipknot.

Post by Greatkudu »

Was very sad to hear the news of the death of Joey Jordison, drummer and founding member of Slipknot, I can't lie and say I have heard much of their music, but I know Joey was a great drummer and I have never seen any drummer so quick on the bass drums, dead at 46,the same age as my late brother when he died. Joey Jordison was augmented by two other percussionists onstage, so his drumming with Slipknot sounded more complex than it was.

Don't know anything about this guy but he was born on the same day as me. So he was a young age to die

Agreed, no age at all really. That's two members of the "classic" Slipknot line-up that have passed away now.
