Goodbye Mr Mackenzie

Post by Hammersmith1982 » 28 May 2019, 23:50

Anyone a fan of Goodbye Mr Mackenzie? They have just reformed including Big John and have been doing a few dates in Scotland with a few more to come later in the year.

They sound just as good, maybe better than in the 80's/90's and are well worth a look if you're in Scotland. Maybe we should get them to support the Stranglers on June 29th (As I believe they are after a support band)

Well worth a butchers or listen to if you get a chance

isn't Big John in a wheelchair now? I'm sure I saw a photo of him recently and he was using one...may have been a mobility scooter actually.

He has MS i think

Very sad.

He namechecked my band once which chuffed me to bits!
