BBC4 on a Friday usually do a rockumentary and are usually an eye-opener into bands I would rarely consider even listening to. Chas & Dave one was a shock, Culture Club a car crash, the list goes on.

Similar to Mr Baker - Adam Ant's Blue Hussar dc is jaw dropping.

However one of the best was the 'fake' hip-hop stars from Scotland, who fooled the music business - brilliant.
The Great Hip Hop Hoax- the book is a not bad read too.
Will look out for the Adam Ant one, never knew about that.
That's the one - must look out for the book. Cheers D 8)

Not seen it, it's never been officially released has it? Where did you see it?
I think I've got Sympathy For The Devil somewhere, still to watch.
Think it's all on youtube.
I'll even let you drive my motorbike . . .

Of course one from a few years back is Tantrums and Tiaras. Considering it was made by David Furnish, it painted our Elt in an appalling light.

I know I said it didn't matter if I liked the band or not, but that's pushing it mate
Queen, too, would be out of the question.

A good one I saw a while back that I can recommend, and, again a band/person I wasn't aware of, was
The Punk Singer, about Kathleen Hanna, an interesting life story and influence, with a twist of Lyme at the end
nah, seriously, give it a go.

This one is the bomb - saw it on Film4 and was pretty unaware of the riot girl phenomena, but Bikini Kill were a fuckin' red-hot outfit. Surprisingly even liked the Le Tigre stuff and Julie Ruin stuff.

Forgot about this one..... THE RUNAWAYS - Edgeplay
