What about the collection album that came out in 2006? Didn't that get to number 26 in the charts? . Hate to say i bought that. Think that's the last Stranglers greatest hits album to chart.

Re: SLF in the charts
John Otway got in the chart some years ago with "Bunsen burner" by getting his fans to all buy it on the same day. He even got himself on TOTP. That might even have been before social media, so it's quite an impressive feat.
I can't help getting old. I just refuse to grow up.
Re: SLF in the charts
XSLF (Henry Cluney & Jim Reilly) have penned an new, original number - "Inflammable Material" (wonder how they came up with that title??) - bit of a Johnny Was/reggae vibe. Think it is up on YouTube (if anyone wants a listen).

If I can get someone to play out I should be seeing XSLF in Leeds this month.

Saw X-SLF in Stourbridge Dec 2013 - they were great, sounded like SLF did live in 78/79 - fabulous.
