Post by PaulinLondon »

Anyone going to this ?

Ticket purchases have apparently been very badly handled.

i'm not going if TBC's not going then.

Nothing to do with the fact that the tickets are overpriced, unavailable and there'll be more atmosphere listening to all their albums with my headphones on. There's a only a couple of bands who I think shouldn't bother 'gigging' and Kraftwerk are defo one of them. I will look out for the DVDs though
Think I'll go for a stroll in the trees.

One of JJ's favourite bands... probably see his bike parked outside the venue on the night

Couldn't get tickets. Very badly handled. I know some people who spent a whole day on the phone and on the website trying to get through.

Tickets being sold.....for between £400 and £1,000.

Wasn't going anyway. One original and three other blokes?

If anyone couldn't get tickets but is desperate to go, for 1k I'll get a few mates to bring their laptops and we'll play a selection of Kraftwerk YouTube clips whilst standing at podiums and occasionally raising a hand to my mouth to indicate I'm "singing" along with pressing the occasional button on the laptop.

I don't know 1k still sounds a bit steep to me. Do you think one or more of your mates would be so kind as to cough loudly in an affected manner or shout the occasional muffled "bollocks" from beneath their hand over the lyric content?
