We must be the same fucking age! I was a tender youth of 16 when I first crossed the threshold of the Harp Bar...a Saturday afternoon gig to see........an english band that were over....Dartford Renegades rings a bell. The place was shit hole but fucking marvelous! Last time I was there must have been 1984 when it was just a strip joint......and still a shit hole.

If I had known the gig was on I would have made the effort and come over. I was a huge Shock Treatment fan and used to help them hump gear around the country in return for free entries. Was better than being a home revising or some such nosense.

Happy days indeed.
