I'm a comedian and poet, so anything that doesn't get a laugh is a poem. B.Hicks.

Morrissey is like Marmite, innit?
Personally I've never found him miserable. I think most of the songs are humorous and very 'tongue-in-cheek'.
I do, however, like to tuck into a big old steak on a regular basis.

i don't mind the music - got a few of his albums. He's always had a good choice of guitarists IMO.

so eloquently and intelligently put Iain you're a true genius
Anyway returning to the point of this thread, a morrissey thread for Morrissey fans, here's hoping he gets it together to release a new album, the tracks like 'people are the same everywhere' and 'action is my middle name' really do deserve a proper recording! Best of luck to Morrissey in 2012 I say and I believe his autobiography is out at the end of the year also?

Re: Morrissey's new songs....
I'd rather talk about him on here tbh - the Morrissey forum is full of immature idiots fighting with each other and slagging off the latest setlist..............ThruBeingCool wrote:Morrisey talk is for a morrisey forum.
..hang on, that sounds familiar
Bring me a piece of my mummy, she was quite close to me........

You sound as precious as Morrissey himself...was it in Liverpool that he stormed off stage after a couple of songs when splashed with a bit of lager. Quite a contrast to someone else recently.
Anyhow, sorry to wind you up...I'll leave you to it ...
