I see ‘In Cythera’ is coming out as a single, limited release for 15 quid, ffs, where's all this 'anti capitalist' sentiment Jaz was on about, not much in evidence with that kind of price for a single, no matter how limited its immediate release is. I got the Eurropean Super State 12" blue vinyl last year, it was suppossed to be numbered and it most certainly isn't, so I wouldn't trust this as being a numbered release either!

Another slight moan is wtf is the new artwork all about? I can not get my head around the album cover, it looks very poor in my opinion, same as the single cover. Ironic, because Big Paul Ferguson who works in the art business was bemoaning the quality of KJ's artwork whilst he wasn't in the band, now he's back the latest album and single covers have to be amongst the worst ever produced for KJ.

Just slight moans I feel I had to get off my chest, Manc tomorrow for me, should be a good un

The designer from Malicious Damage is back on the scene now I think. Album art is a bit naff death metal IMHO. The high prices of their singles (ESS etc) and the What records limited releases all seem pretty highly priced now...
Did someone say "Wonky"?

Just got back from my couple of days in the 'smoke', have to say that Thursday night at the Roundhouse was the best I've seen KJ since Youth rejoined. I thought they were on fire, all the new stuff sounded really good my favourite being 'Poleshift'. Highlight for me was hearing 'Chop-Chop' can't remember ever hearing it live. 8)

Looks like John Robb thought it was a pretty special gig too.

I think the new single 'In Cythera' is one of the best things I've heard from anyone in years. I saw them live the other day but I'm afraid live they are too one dimensional for me. New single though, definate 10/10!

OK I missed the London gig, all was not lost as I managed to see them in Mancfester last night, great gig, and the icing on the cake was getting to hang out for about an hour with the band, all top blokes as far as I'm concerned. Hope I get to see them again!

Yep - power failed 2 songs from end of main set (during Corporate Elect I think). Not the band's fault I don't think - heard the whole block went down. Pity, the gig was jumpin' until then.

They were on fire tonight, gutted they got cut short.

First time I've been at home and able to go see them since Raven died.

When the power went off and the emergency lights came on, I knew it was a serious problem, not just a blown fuse.
It'd take the Utility company to fix and certify the repair, so wouldn't have been anytime soon.
Good reaction to the news from the crowd, considering.
Told to keep a hold of the ticket and check the website, maybe a ruse to placate the crowd??
Can't see any kind of a refund etc.. Just one of those things which was outwith the band and venues control

Didn't do any Videoing tonight, decided to have a night off
Took a couple of snaps with my shitty phone though.
