From www.xfm.co.uk: Recently there have been whispers about a reformation of legendary Two-Tone band The Specials. As a friend of vocalist Terry Hall, Preston (from The Ordinary Boys) also revealed that the rumours do have some substance.LAFOLIE wrote:One of the best tracks I have heard from Terry Hall in a long time.

“I had a word with Terry about that,” he explained “And he said to me that he’s been talking to Jerry [Dammers – keyboardist and founder] and if they do reform it’ll be for a third album, not for like a big money making tour or anything, they’re actually gonna do some music and stuff so that should be very interesting I hope."
Yeah Terry/Jerry bring us a new Specials album. And Captain/Dave a new Damned album. And a new Hugh Cornwell album and most important a new Stranglers album of course.

Rugby Union is not only the greatest team sport in the world on the field, but without a shadow of a doubt, is the greatest team sport in the world off the field. Nigel Owens.

I only just managed to get some for one of the London dates. Apparently the tour sold out incredibly quickly.

Faaaakin ell Johnny - when I've been up the Angel, I only get to spot Morrissey and Marc Almond - and the bird who was in the Thompson Twins. You get to see Terry Hall. It's just not fair!johnnyg1968 wrote:I saw him in tesco express at angel islington about a month ago fuck me did he look rough

Maybe he should revive Fun Boy Three instead. Might cheer him up more.
