Funny that "The Equilizer" is now on HD cable here. But that Channel Four clip... The Price is Right?!?! UK edition?!?! WHY?!?!?!

"You've got 4 guys fighting over who's gonna be Mr Black"

I have it on good authority that Gerry Anderson used to allow the neighbouring children over to play in his garden in Maidenhead where he had the set of Twizzle set up. Imagine what that must have been like for a child growing up in the late 50's/ early 60's.

UFO was bloody brilliant, the sound for the UFO creepy, Six million dollar man was excellent and as soon as I heard the tune for the Saint I thought that 'his birds have big tits!'

I swear the powerful TV themes from the late 60's early 70's are where I originally got my love of music from.

Here's a 'cool' one that I love as much today as I did then, John Barry's Persuaders theme. Fancied meself as a bit of a suave Sinclair character and I think Mum bought me the single, (with the Sunsilk, or was it Harmony? hairspray advert music on the B side), coz I was always whistling it around the house.

Quality.

Kids TV these days doesn't have the hypnotic quality it used to have...

What about Life on Mars? I love that programme but cringe at the clothes and hairdos. The music is good.

After that, I usually switch over to Shameless. But that series is finished now. Shame.

I think Frank Gallacher should be Prime Minister. lol.
