Thanks very much for the donation mate - much appreciated.

The shoulder seems to respond very well to the application of red wine - even my physio says it's the best muscle relaxant going!!

Did a 12 miler with my arm in the sling yesterday - I'm still hoping I'll be able to ditch it by a week sunday for the big day - here's hoping!!

Thanks again

Adrian
Hi, Adrian. As stated the other day, you're welcome. Take care tomorrow - anything above 16 Celsius is a pig. I'll be with my Bexley AC club mates at the water station for the 25th mile - if you've got any energy left, do some JJ kicks and start singing 'Peaches' so I'll know it's you!! Seriously, all the best as I did about ten this evening on my long road to recovery and it was well warm! Scott.

Just to let you all know that Adrian finished in a magnificent 4:29.
Considering he was running with one arm in a sling, due dislocated shoulder, that is an excellent time.

Still time to donate

Yes a huge congrats to anyone who completed the marathon. A real display of strength, comittment and discipline. A lot of respect goes your way.

Nice to know that Clic Sargent will be benefitting plenty.

Well done Adrian and hope you're not too knackered! :smt023
