While watching the Invictus Games programme tonight, it felt really weird seeing 3 of our players (1 now left) at the training camp in February.

Only 1 was chosen (Ben Steele) but the pride of seeing them made my heart thump

Team GB won Bronze last night after being beaten by Denmark, but they went onto beat Australia 47-4 which was a stonking result to be honest

Ben received his Bronze Medal (Just waiting for him to get back in from being on the razzle to get some piccies) Hmmmmm........this could be a while. 500 ex service men and women celebrating in Florida!!!!

Thank you. I can't quite believe how well they've done. It was much harder games this year as there was revenge in the air after London 2014. The US were pissed off that we wiped the floor with them and had to get the UK back.

But they did well all the same. Millions of golds, silver and bronze medals

Training starts again for next year in June!!!!
