ISO file - how do i get to the music on this?

Hi Guys

Looking for help out there.

I've been sent two old gigs in ISO format from 1980 (non Mib) & I can't find a way of getting the music off there into mp3 format.

I downloaded them from a Guy in Germany who was quite helpful but his instructions didn't work or I didn't understand the finer points or I'm thick.

Any ideas please?

I use ISO Workshop to make ISO files ,and extract any files , the link

I think 7-zip will extract ISOs as well

Cheers guys.
Eventually got it sorted with something called Daemon Tools Lite.

Tried the other suggestions but they messed with my Norton.

Now listening to some early Toyah from before fame kicked in.
