What phone do you currently use?

I'm sure this will impress everyone -
I have never used a mobile phone and don't intend doing so . Not a tehnophobe by any means , building my own computer so definitely not so - I just want ot be available when I want to be available - not all day long . So - the only phone I use is a land line .

Me too! - definitely not a technophobe, having worked with or around tech for many years. I did manage to stay mobile free using the same justification (don't want to be constantly available) right up until some years ago when I was given one as a present. I wouldn't be without one now. And, they can always be put onto silent or turned off if you don't want to be available. Also, I didn't have a digital camera but now do!

I just don't need to sit on a bus and phone somebody to say "I'll be there in a couple of minutes", I bet about 75% of calls and 90% of text messages are pointless.
I have an answerphone, if they leave a message I call them back if neccessary, I don't need a mobile. Amazingly enough I have a thing for taking pictures too, it's called a digital camera.

Nah, to be honest I totally agree with what you said there.
I'd probably go further too- I reckon it's probably a big survailance
thing, where they can, amonst other things, listen in to anything,
all the time, without us knowing about it.
And we're (well, most of us) all perfectly happy not only to fork out
for the survailance device, but to have them on us, at all times.
Still, 5000 free texts a month, who could argue with that necessity?

I am using my wife's old phone, which was my daughters previously, it still works okay, and it's 10 years old, but I loathe the idea that I need to buy a new one to keep up with trends, but I'm fascinated by the Samsung Galaxy Ace, as I do want to update, but don't, but do....

An LG touchscreen phone that i've had since 2009,great for calls and texts. Which most are used for texting Sarah confirming im getting some action that night,puts a smile on your face when your having a badly cooked lunch at work.
