More interesting is the BBC/Sky deal announced today.

Why are the BBC wasting our money with this???

If you want to watch F1, you'll want to see them all, so you'll get Sky.
Why would anyone want to watch 2 or 3 of the GPs on BBC???

What are the advertisers/sponsors going to say about it????

Funny how sky sports news have suddenly taken an interest in this seasons f1 championship, just interviewed Lewis Hamilton and practice times for this weeks GP!

Overall today's announcement a bad day for F1 :(

The Beeb will still show all the races, but only half of them will be the complete race, the rest will be highlights only. As many of the races are pretty boring for much of the time, that doesn't sound like much of a loss to me, especially as the choice was this way or no coverage on the BBC at all. I wouldn't pay for Sky just to see F1.

Lewis hamilton "Hmm think i'll choose to go on super slicks, when it is dry, then when i have the time to call for the right tires i will make the wrong call again, twice"

A good race i thought for Hungary, looking forward to Monza, Fernando should do well there.

I like Alonso, i like his style although his face was classic when Jenson said "You kept on going off" to him after the race, i've never seen him look so pissed off.

My favourite driver is not racing this season Kubica, so now it is Alonso.

Dont think i can ever forgive alonso for some of his "tactics"...like sitting in the pit-box when hamilton was waiting to pit for tyres when they both raced at mclaren...getting "massa" to let him pass last year...or the piquet incident at singapore...??

Yeah hopefully we'l see kubica back racing in F1 next year...

Di Resta is also looking good, should get a drive in one of the top teams soon if he keeps getting the finishes in the Force India...??

I am not really a fan of Hamilton to be honest, i don't agree in which the way Mclaren make him the n01 driver, i use to like Mclaren and Ron dennis but i feel sorry for Ron it was like he was loosing the plot at the time to give him the drive, lewis was racing at a GP2 race i was at in Brands hatch in 2002, there was a lot of hype about him then and he went of the first corner, he was thrown out of the competition that season. I have never really been a fan of his style and he always snaps under pressure.

Im disgusted at Mclaren for how they have treated Jenson but then Santandar brings in more money than Walkers crisps and head and shoulders.

big F1 fan myself, been to a few GP's over the years

first race of the season and the turbo's are back, actually sound like sowing machines but the power is amazing

looking like Hamilton has got the best car at the mo,even though he only managed a few laps today

Button in the McLaren also looking good with the Merc engine

Bottas & Magnesson look like stars of the future

next up Malaysia in 2 weeks

Yeah, all change! Should make for an eventful season. It'll take a while to adjust to both the sight (narrower/higher off the ground) and the sound (so much quieter)...
Interesting watching the comparative laps of the red bulls in qualifying yesterday with the contrast in driving style...
Thank you very much

vettel was really chasing the car in quali, haven't seen that for a long time

to early to say of course, but maybe the new cars don't suit him? we shall see

the problem red bull have,it's not just mercedes, but McLaren look very competitive too

nice to see williams back at the races again, two good drivers,I think it'll be a very positive season for them, mind you after last season it wouldn't be difficult

also nice to see Max Chilton get the better of Jules Bianchi too,I think he only out qualified him once all last season

the Young Russian looked pretty good, one to keep an eye on
