Spizzenergi concerts. Saturday night’s one at the 100 Club was a blast. One of life’s true national treasures and just a little eccentric.
I can't help getting old. I just refuse to grow up.

The colour of some leaves at this time of year, especially the red ones.
Absolutely beautiful. A bit like tripping on LSD but without the LSD.

Aye that’s the one, I like it, Derren Brown uses it apparently, it’s fascinating and obviously works.Boody wrote: ↑29 Dec 2019, 11:56As in Neuro Linguistic Programming? I read it was utter bollocks https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuro-l ... rogrammingArthur Streeb-Greebling wrote:NLP.

It’s utter bollocks with no scientific basis or evidence. Read the article.

You’ve done lots of research on it then to come to your conclusion that’s it’s utter bollocks?
Sounds like you must have had quite a bit of interest in it for your summation!
As I said if it works for anyone then fair enough.
I think most religions are bollocks but if it works for anyone then it’s ok by me.
I’m quite partial to ‘Acceptance and commitment therapy’

You continue to amaze and astound Arthur. Would never had you down as someone who practises mindfulness!
