You think you're so clever Kaffy! The two comics were of different genres!

BEANO V DANDY is more like it! WHIZZER & CHIPS came later and was up against the likes of 'SHIVER & SHAKE', 'WHOOPEE' & 'COR' comics. Basically 60's v 70's. Really amuses me when younger people try & go all retro but really know fuck all about the period(s) they think they're such experts on. Try talking to the people who lived it in the first place says I!

Get you! I did live the 70s. Never said I was an expert you bloody pedant. Whizzer and Chips and the Beano aren't different genres anyway. Two British humour comics. Different genres would be Whizzer and Chips and, say Superman.
