...And that big fucken spider that's right behind you.

The night/morning I started my job I heard a scratching noise. I thought it was a mouse as I'd heard it in the last house. I looked where I thought it was and moved stuff around. Nothing. Then I hear it again. It was a big, as you might say "fark orf" spider trying to get out a paper bag.

Trouble is people don't speak about it - I always remember when people never, ever spoke about Cancer, and now you get ads on the TV, but it's still talked about as the Big C, as though it is a covert operation.

Liberation for IBS, that's what I preach

My sympathy to you my friend. My brother has crohns, what a bastard nightmare that is. Some days are better than others for him and he's got a very understanding boss. Fair play to him he's had it for a number of years now and had i don't know how many ops, but he'll never ever moan just gets on with it. Me, well the world ends if i got a hangover.

If I cannot go out of the house for 4 or 5 days I just think to myself that at least I can still manage to walk and that I don't have cancer or crohns or anything horrible like that. You've just gotta be grateful for that.

Used to work for a company that manufactured dietry supplements. Big market for IBS sufferers, probiotics, cranberry, acidophilus etc, very popular.
