Sisterhood

Post by sendwarrior »

Baz played an acoustic version of 'Sisterhood' in Leeds two days ago - a track which sadly didn't make the new album :(

It's actually really good and they could have made something great out of it. I wonder why it didn't make the final selection? Possibly due to no keyboard input following the sad loss of Dave? 😢

Hopefully Baz will play it again at some future solo gigs

yes i remember JJ talking about sisterhood well lets hope the fact it never made the album is because the album is full of very good tracks is the reason why it didn't make the final album, but saying that i remember better tracks on 10 not making the final cut album and i could never quite get my head around that one.Hopefully i will get to hear this track at some point somewhere and yes where did he play this?

Just to say I think this sounds great. I just wish we had this on the album and not The Lines. Credit where credit is due, this sounds quite something!

Yes, found loads of links for the gig but no footage - scoured SM for all reference points - maybe someone will upload something later?

Not sure why but without hearing what they have put on the album and without hearing Sisterhood too its hard to say if other tracks should of been left off for Sisterhood but the snippets i have heard so far from several songs i would say now like Jim has already said too i would off left off the Lines for Sisterhood. But it could well be a future song played live at some point as part of their set where some other tracks from DM like White Stallion might be hard to play live.Would they attempt White Stallion live? another intresting thought in time.
