So-called attitude and tenure means very little when in 21 years all you've managed is two decent records and two sub-par ones (yeah, I'm calling it this early), none of which mean anything to anyone outside of the hardcore fanbase. At least JJ can say he was a bandmember and creative force during the years when it all mattered most. Baz can't.

Just to balance that Baz is without a doubt an incredibly talented chap. but I'm not sure what this so called stranglers attitude is? Don't think such a thing existed beyond 1977

Its still there - Rattus limited. I assumed it was to manage the songs they wrote as a duo, and because they'll be the only strangers to play live now, the others will be paid as touring performers?sendwarrior wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021, 20:59Intriguingly this has disappeared from the records.. they are both still running Coursegood with Jet however If they have a separate company now it's unlisted - but I suspect there has been a change of plan..theraven1979 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021, 20:43 Is this why JJ and Baz set up their own company recently? Maybe that's the plan?

I'm guessing they're gonna release songs as "JJ and Baz" or similar

Your comment. Think you were trying to insinuate Clint boon had joined the stranglersArthur Streeb-Greebling wrote:Nope, I don’t know them. Do you? Ah yes so it is - there's no link from the other company so I missed it! Yeah presumably this is to manage the new album writing credits, as Jet wasn't part of this

Nah never knew who it was, not bothered really although I’ve heard another rumour it’s Frédéric François Chopin.theraven1979 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021, 22:28Your comment.
