Great job on the video. We almost see him but it's someone else. That reminds of Mr X by Ultravox in concept. Love it,

Very stylish video. Probably their most elaborate video in years or decades?

Listened to it a few times now and it’s a grower and a fitting tribute to Dave love the references to him in the vid.

Sir here here, spot on. As I said on another thread after watching a few mins of brit awards, it makes me appreciate the band more than ever, we should all get behind the bans.Lt Commander Kudu.

Just seen the vid, nice little touches of the rat and the keyboard in the back of the car and by the theatre, yes like its been said that you see people thats like him but not.I think its stylish, modern and very different, they've got it about right i think, was the car she was driving any reference or related to Dave himself? also who do you think is singing the see you at the bar line part? i'm not sure who that is ,i dont think its baz or JJ, could it be Jim or someone else? and the close up focus of the rings on her fingers a few times whilst driving the wheel are they dave related? maybe its nothing it just got me thinking after seeing the keyboard in the back of the car and the rat and the gut walking with a jacket like dave,...Great vid though i thought.

Great guitar sound on this track. Well done Baz. I wonder how they recorded this track with JJ being in France?

Perhaps B side material in the 80s but that was then.

Shame in some ways the band or images of Dave didn't appear in the video but it's still a great video.

Technology is fairly straightforward for that kind of thing these days. Plenty of collaborations where the artists have never met, never mind recorded in the same place. Even pre-internet it wouldn't be that difficult - JJ just records his bits locally, sends that to Baz who then adds on his sections, then it gets mixed and that's that.
