I think it's good, it's a little cheesey lyrically. It's got a real classic Stranglers feel to it (similar to If Something's Gonna Kill Me). Great to hear JJ singing again. Wish he'd do more.

It really lacks the keyboard solo but that's the point.

Steve Lamacq mentioned earlier in his show that they were playing cover versions of nursery rhymes.

My son thought that "And If You See Dave" was part of that...

It just lacked a spark. Not sure that releasing it as single is going to bring much radio play

Sounds more of a Stranglers song with JJ singing as opposed to Baz.I quite like it.

Did he say it was the new single (whatever they are nowadays)? I'd prefer' this song'.

It's tough to think that an album Dave was working on and contributing to should end up with a track on it in memory to himself.
