No sadly not, day after gig I went to this strange little place with stuffed badgers and foxes in window, my type of place, drank with some fellow fans and nearly missed eurostar back to blighty, they also had loads of different tea and 100s of beers, plus tarantulas and scorpions on the wall and psychotic looking gnomes that were Toby jugs, sorry for going off thread again, so I will get back on thread, I still love the single after many listens, so either I'm boring? And I've never been told that or the single is rather good Subaltern Kudu.
Was that Bar in Brussels?...sounds like this Place I visited in 2013.

I have been to Leuven to see The Stranglers!! As you know, it's the Home of Stella!! Have you been to the Delirium Cafe in Brussels?

Well I have listened to this song over 50 times now and I'm still enjoying it, some great Jet esque drumming from Jim to, he's playing for the song like Jet did, but still has his own style, deff the best replacement for Jet IMHO,i still find the song very moving, I really haven't been so excited about a forthcoming Stranglers album since Dreamtime or even La folie, back in the day I used to pop in record shops, remember them about 2,000 BC, and look at cover and buy a few days later, bygone days. Lt Kudu.

True but my life is so restricted these days, memories are what I have, I won't go into details. Lt Kudu.
Is this going to be played live, is the question?
Opening the encore perhaps with lighters aloft followed by Genetix with Sophie and her unwavering vibrato on vocals, and heroes.

It will be played Live as an Acoustic Duo but full Band, I doubt it.
The song is number 46 in the Official Singles Download chart, higher than the likes of Paul Weller and the Manic Street Preachers. Great achievement for the band.
not too bad really. If anyone has access to the whole top 200 then chances are it's in there somewhere, so probably a bigger hit than "Retro Rockets" was...

Fantastic Stuff!!! can only imagine how well they would do if they had the right exposure and airplay, never the less as it is without any of that help they've done really well.
