Unfortunately the public are mostly very ignorant about Autism, or buy into the myths peddled by the press and certain so-called 'experts'.. 
Dave would never have been the incredible musician he was without being Autistic 
His neurology enabled him to really focus in depth on subjects in which he took an interest, leading to mastery and innovation 
Perhaps one day the vast contributions Autistic people have made to the arts, music, science, maths, engineering, philosophy and invention will be recognised and their neurology celebrated
