Off thread munchetty and Stayt are both arrogant talentless individuals, nothing to do with her ethnic origin, or stayts, they made idiots of themselves few months ago on Saturday kitchen, behaving like a couple of school kids, best bit when stranglers were on with the dull duo, was when Stayt said the stranglers were a Punk band and Jet said, no we weren't, JJ and Baz were in hysterics, I used to like Munchetty in the early days but now she is rude and arrogant, as for Stayt the most interesting thing about him is his big hair. Lt Kudu still enjoying the Dave tribute song. Lt Stayt Kudu.

If that was the case, utterly ridiculous behaviour from JJ - as much as I love him, I can't condone that at all & can see why Hugh didn't rejoin, as it would've reiterated to him exactly why he left.

I would guess thats just JJ being JJ and testing Hugh out in a mischiefous way but i can understand how to Hugh it was like a flashback to unhappy times with JJ.

Absolutely. I can just imagine Hugh standing there thinking "yup, I've clearly made the right decision"... and he seems like the type of guy that can't be swayed once he's firmly made up his mind about something.

Even though we know this won't happen, who would have ever thought sensible and Scabies would ever be playing together again? But with Hugh and JJ all the tea in China wouldn't get them on a stage again, or all the money in the world. And JJ and Baz are such close friends, it would just not happen, and would we really want it to now? It would just be a pointless act without Dave and Jet. But we would all still go and we all know we would. Lt Kudu on 24hr op hydration.

As a few others have already mentioned the thing that motivated the Damned is the money. Hugh & JJ clearly don't care about that.

I would like to think at some point there will be a tribute gig for Dave.
If so, I am sure Hugh will be invited and will participate.
It would not be about money or egos.

It would be about Dave.

Hugh will be invited to what? Play with JJ? - Might be the other way around.

Exactly. It's just flat out not going to happen.

Some pretty emphatic responses there

So does the panel think that a tribute gig isn’t likely?

Or that were it to happen, HC wouldn’t attend.
Or wouldn’t share a stage with remaining or former members?

I clearly don't perceive the same animosity between the parties as others do.

Even Waters and Gilmour shared a venue, though not a stage, when Syd Barrett passed away.

The animosity is there for all to see, when Pink Floyd played one ofd gig with Waters some years ago, you could tell they hated each other. Lt Kudu
