The title track is absolutely stunning IMHO. Side 1 is almost flawless apart from 'ANTI ' Side 2 has a few lightweight tracks but is compensated by 'Golden Brown' & 'La Folie' .the last classic Stranglers album methinks.

my choice would be non stop. being a bass player i love the delay and melody of the bass at the begining of the track, the whole of this album has some superb bass work on it, and love to play along to it. good post this one, intresting to read other comments , fave riff on this album is on aint nothing to it, i have read previous posts about this track, but i think its ok
If it's not recorded ,then it's just a memory

'Ain't Nothing To It' was the sole grower for me on this album, if only because it's a very weird, alien thing when you first hear it... but once it grew on me, I couldn't imagine the album without it!

Everybody Loves You When You're Dead is my choice but it was a close call, could easily have been one of 4 or 5 great tracks including Golden Brown which still sounds great today 8)

Agreed that it's the last (almost flawless) album. Some superb tracks on here.

Shame it's spoilt by the title track, always ff to the bonus tracks, Tramp should have been third release, a top ten hit imho.

Can't fault the rest of the album a very consistent piece of work apart from la folie it's self, god it just plods along, vietnamerica should have been in its place.
Please allow me to re-arrange your face sometimes
I'd really like to get to know you better
