Gentleman's Agreement

I was just wondering, would you prefer to go to a Stranglers gig and not know what they would be playing? Maybe it spoils the surprise if you know what you are going to hear that night?
Would you prefer other members would not tell you what was played?

Vote yes or no

That's a big no from me !!!

Half the fun is wondering what they are going to play, if anything new will be thrown in etc
One of the joys of Sewer on the last tour was that it was a surprise.

Lets all find out on the first night of the tour !!

One simple way would be to still put reviews on this site - for those who wanna read them, if you don't wanna know, you know to avoid them.

However, it would piss me off if someone's post was titled "Second Coming played tonight" (or similar).

That way you could still access the site for the latest news, meet-ups, etc... but not have to be exposed to the knowledge of what is being played (if you don't wanna know).

Too easy for some methinks!!
Allow me to re-arrange your face, sometimes I'd really like to get to know you better

Like Mully said - use a bit of common sense - Best thing to do is just to have 1 thread per gig. I won't be moderating this as I shouldn't have to. Failing that if you want to guarantee that you don't know the setlist then stay off the site for a few weeks.

If I hadn't seen them a million times then I would say definitely no, but these days I think I'd know how many tickets to buy if I knew the setlist in advance....and that would be helpful

By the time I see them in Norwich the setlist will have all been plastered over the site anyway , so I probably can't avoid knowing whwther I want to or not .
